The Tragedy of Minab
You are cordially invited to attend the opening ceremony of a photography exhibition titled “The Tragedy of Minab.”
The event will take place on Wednesday, May 6, at 10:30 in the entrance hall of the Faculty of Art, and the program will include:
- Opening remarks by the organiser Assoc. Prof. Maryam Ghiasian,
- A speech by the honourable Dean of the Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana, Prof. Dr. Mojca Schlamberger Brezar
- A speech by Doc. Dr. Luka Culiberg, Department of Asian Studies,
- An accordion performance,
- Screening of a 20-minute documentary film of a family who lost two of their children in Minab missile attack,
The exibition is organized by Assoc. Prof. Maryam Ghiasian, a visiting Scholar in Asian Studies Department, Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana.
