Iron Age: the problems of early ironworking and its expansion in Europe. History of research. Systems of chronology concerning the Hallstatt and La Tene periods. Cultural phenomena: funeral rites, settlement problems, economy, society stratification, art and religion. Overview of the main cultures. Acquaintance with contemporary research trends and topical questions in the field of archaeology.
