EMAIL MIGRATION - important notice for students

The University of Ljubljana (UL) will transfer student mail from the Gmail provider to the Exchange Online service during the night between 7/14/2022 and 7/15/2022.

Students will be able to access their mail at UL through all applications that support the Exchange online protocol, but no longer in the existing way through Gmail.

The entire contents of the mailbox that students currently have in the Gmail service will be automatically transferred to the new mailbox on Exchange Online. Students log in to all O365 services with their UL identity, which has the form ab1234@student.uni-lj.si, in conjunction with a confidential password. The size of the new inbox is 100 GB. In this case, the rules of appropriate use of e-mail apply.
